Accessing your Account

To access your purchased guides, just go to Photzy.com 

Click Member Login from the top menu, and log into your account.

Or - you can also use this link to login directly to our learning system: https://members.photzy.com/users/sign_in

If you're a first time customer, you should be able to do this without even setting up an account. An account is setup for you automatically using the email address you've used in the checkout page once you complete your first purchase.

Just reset your password first: https://members.photzy.com/users/password/new

Important Note: Make sure to use the email address you've used in the checkout page to login. If you've used a different email address in the checkout page from the one you normally use to login, you won't see your purchase in your usual account. Log off the site then log in again using the email you've used to checkout.  

Haven't received any emails from us?

We rely on email to communicate with customers and sometimes our emails can accidentally be categorized as Spam or into the Promotions folder - especially when we send download links/attachments to access your purchases. 

Just in case this has happened, here's a step-by-step guide on how to check these folders:

1. Spam Folder:
  - Open your email application or go to your email provider's website.
  - Look for a folder labeled "Spam" or "Junk" in your email folders.
  - Check the contents of this folder for any emails from us.
  - If you find any, mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.

2.  Promotions Folder (for Gmail users):
  - If you are using Gmail, check the "Promotions" tab in your inbox.
  - Look for our emails in this tab and move them to your primary inbox if found.
 

Choosing which guide to download/read

Once you're logged in, you will see that your account opens to a default category, "All", which lists all of the products you have purchased on the screen. 

The other categories your products are listed on the left hand menu. The product you are looking for can belong to categories such as "Cards/Cheat Sheets", "Resource Kits", "eBooks", "Courses/Videos", "Case Studies", "Creativity Prompts" and "Other" (presets, textures etc.). 

You can click on these different categories to filter through your purchases to find the product.

Click/tap on the product thumbnail to access the product download page. 

Now that you are on the product download page, click the "Download Now" button to download the product to your device.

Opening and reading the guides/materials

PDF Files:

A PDF (.pdf) file can be opened easily once downloaded. Most devices normally have a PDF reader.

If you do not have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for free here. 

Zip Files:

If you download a Zip (.zip) file, you will need to "unzip" the file/folder first to access the contents. We use Zip files because it helps to compress the files into one smaller file package for easier download.
