If you're a first time customer, you should be able to do this without even setting up an account. An account is setup for you automatically using the email address you've used in the checkout page once you complete your first purchase.
Haven't received any emails from us?
We rely on email to communicate with customers and sometimes our emails can accidentally be categorized as Spam or into the Promotions folder - especially when we send download links/attachments to access your purchases.
Just in case this has happened, here's a step-by-step guide on how to check these folders:
1. Spam Folder:
- Open your email application or go to your email provider's website.
- Look for a folder labeled "Spam" or "Junk" in your email folders.
- Check the contents of this folder for any emails from us.
- If you find any, mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
2. Promotions Folder (for Gmail users):
- If you are using Gmail, check the "Promotions" tab in your inbox.
- Look for our emails in this tab and move them to your primary inbox if found.
