The confirmation email sent to you when you purchase with us contains a password reset link (for first time users) and a login link.
If the password reset link doesn't work, use this one instead:

If the login link doesn't redirect you to the login page, use this link instead:
https://members.photzy.com/users/sign_in
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in.
Once you are logged in, you should find the thumbnail of the image you've purchased under the category that it belongs to.
If you are unable to log in, read the section below.
If you're unable to login at Photzy.com, then it may indicate one of two things.
1. The email address you're using to log in is incorrect. This may be because of a typo, or you're using an email address that is different from the email address you used to purchase our content.
2. Your password is incorrect. Try resetting your password here:
For paid content/premium guides or products, you should see your purchases immediately in your account when you log in.
Products will be under a specific category: "Cards", "eBooks", "Courses" or "Other". Be sure to check the correct category of the product you're looking for.
